FirstPick Sports V2
01
The problem
An existing sports draft product needed improvements to its live reveal experience.
02
The challenge
The work needed to fit an existing application and connect the wheel animation, shared results, replay, and final reveal.
03
The solution
A focused version-two upgrade covering the wheel experience, shared live results, replay flow, and app upload improvements.
04
Founder’s contribution
The recorded founder engagement concerns an upgrade to an existing product, rather than authorship of the complete original application.
05
Recorded technical result
Completed a focused release upgrade across the draft wheel, shared results, replay, and upload flow.
Key implementation decisions
- Improve the existing reveal flow rather than replacing the application.
- Include release finishing work alongside the interaction changes.
