Information you provide

The enquiry form asks for your name, work email, company, project type, budget range, timeline, and project brief. It also records acknowledgement of this notice. Please do not include passwords, private access credentials, or sensitive information about your customers.

How the enquiry is used

We use these details to understand your requirements, assess whether the work is a fit, respond, and discuss a proposal. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing. The form sends an email to the business inbox; it does not create a public project record or a CRM profile.

Delivery and security providers

When online submission is enabled, enquiry details are sent to EmailJS, which delivers the email through the connected Gmail service. Cloudflare Turnstile checks submissions for spam; it processes browser and network signals under Cloudflare’s own privacy information. A security token is verified by the website server before an enquiry is emailed. The hosting provider also processes network requests and may keep operational logs.

EmailJS may also retain service or email history under its account settings and policies. These providers may process information in countries other than Pakistan. Their own terms and privacy notices describe their processing: EmailJS Privacy Policy, Google Privacy Policy and Cloudflare Privacy Policy.

Storage and retention

Submitted enquiries are kept in the business email account for the project discussion and any resulting business records. The website application does not maintain a separate enquiry database or intentionally log the message contents. Temporary rate-limit counters use a hash of the email address and expire after 15 minutes; the actual lifetime may be shorter when the server restarts.

You can ask for information about retention or request deletion using the contact above. Records needed for an active engagement, a dispute, or applicable obligations may need to be retained; the response to your request will explain any such limits.

Your choices

You can contact us directly by email or phone instead of using the form. You can ask to access, correct, or delete information you supplied, or raise a concern about its use. We may need to verify that a request comes from the person concerned. The rights and response requirements applicable to a request depend on the relevant law and circumstances.

Cookies and external links

This application does not include advertising pixels or visitor analytics. The security provider may use browser storage or cookies as described in its own notice. Links to Upwork, the founder’s portfolio, or project websites take you to independently operated sites with their own privacy practices.
