For agencies, studios & consultancies

Extra engineering capacity, under your brand.

DevensAI works as a delivery partner for teams that need senior engineering without adding headcount. You keep the client relationship, the brand, and the process. We take the workstream.

Three ways agencies use us

Capacity without headcount.

Your client relationship stays yours. We supply the engineering behind it, for a defined scope and an agreed window.

How the commercial model works

Availability is the product.

A retainer should buy you a guaranteed response, not a discounted sprint. Keeping the two separate is what makes the arrangement sustainable on both sides.

Ask for the terms

Reserved capacity

A monthly fee holds priority access and an agreed response window. When a deadline moves, you are at the front of the queue instead of waiting on availability.

Day rate on top

Days actually used are billed separately at a partner rate. Reserved capacity buys availability; it is not a block of pre-paid delivery days.

Agreed in writing

Response window, rates, IP ownership, confidentiality, and escalation are set out per partnership before any work begins.

Rates are shared privately with the partnership terms. Published day rates anchor every later negotiation, so we do not list them here.

Before you ask

An honest fit check.

This works well when

  • You have a named technical contact we can reach directly.
  • Repository, environment, and ticket access can be arranged in days, not weeks.
  • The workstream has a scope and acceptance criteria we can deliver against.

This strains quickly when

  • The scope is undefined and expected to be discovered during delivery.
  • Access depends on a client approval chain nobody controls.
  • The expectation is unlimited availability in exchange for a fixed monthly fee.

Why trust the work

Judge us on delivered projects, not a capability deck.

Partner work is a trust decision made quickly, usually under deadline pressure. The fastest way to make it is to look at engagements that already shipped and at what the clients behind them said afterwards.

Every case study states the recorded scope and the founder’s contribution. Client feedback is sourced from a public Upwork work history, including the entries that are not glowing.

Partnership questions

The things agencies ask first.

Confidentiality, ownership, capacity, and rates — answered before you spend a call on them.

Do you work under NDA?

Yes. A mutual NDA before any technical discussion is normal for partner work. We will sign yours, or provide one if you prefer.

Will our client know you are involved?

Only if you choose to tell them. White-label delivery means we work under your brand, inside your repository, and communicate through your team.

Who owns the code we pay for?

You do, under the terms of the partnership agreement. IP assignment is written into the terms before work begins, not negotiated at handover.

Why not publish your partner rates?

Partner rates depend on the response window you need, the volume you expect, and the stack involved. A single public number would be wrong for most partnerships, so we send a rate card with the terms instead.

What is the minimum engagement?

It depends on the workstream. A due-diligence review can be a few days. An overflow workstream usually needs a longer window to justify onboarding. We will say directly if a request is too small to do well.

How much can you take on at once?

DevensAI is founder-led. Inaam Ul Haq delivers partner work directly, with vetted collaborators added where a scope requires it. We tell you what fits in a given window rather than overcommit and miss your date.
